A Giant! The Fierce Attack of Docrates (Kyodai! Docrates no moshu) is the sixteenth episode of the Saint Seiya anime. It was released on February 7, 1987 on TV Asahi.
After Ikki's sacrifice, the Bronze Saints return to Japan with the golden helm.
Wars and acts of terrorism are multiplying throughout the world, all orchestrated by the minions of the Pope. In the Sanctuary, the situation is not better, because the weak are victims of torture and cause many victims and deaths.
In the Colosseum, the soldiers swirl in the arena to see Marin pitting Shaina.
Shaina is relentless, fuelled by hatred and envy, she desires to defeat Marin but also humiliate her in front of everyone, to make up for her pride in the defeat of her disciple.
Shaina has been training hard since Seiya broke her mask, and there is no better way to put her skills to the test and begin her revenge than to start by defeating his teacher, Marin.
Shaina takes advantage of Arles' purge on the weak to request a training match against Marin, this time Marin can't refuse to fight if she doesn't want to be marked as a coward and weak, she could be enslaved.
Shaina starts attacking Marin with a high kick but she manages to dodge with some difficulty, Shaina turns back and continue attacking, this time she tries to jab with her fists multiple times but again Marin is able to dodge, this time with more ease but Shaina is too fast and keeps the balance well consequently Marin is unable to counterattack, Marin gets tired quickly before such intensity in close combat and is forced to jump back fatigued while panting but for Shaina is just a warming-up.
Marin complains because she thought this was a spar, of course, Shaina ignores her and tries to taunt her, then Marin realizes Shaina was trying to take vengeance from her for all that happened in the first episode.
Marin knows Shaina's fighting style and techniques from her fight against Seiya. Shaina is faster but lower weight than her, her best option is defense and preparing a counterattack, so while she recovers from previous effort and gets in a defensive position.
But Shaina has been training hard, and now she is much faster and stronger than her before, she has managed to corner Marin and now she needs a faster attack to hit so she attacks with her Thunder Claw.
Shaina imitates his first attack but much faster, she manages to connect several kicks on Marin's body, the blows are hard and accurate, Marin's face reflects the pain despite his mask, after a dozen kicks Shaina ends the attack with a devastating kick to the head that knocks Marin down.
Marin lies on the ground knocked out and begins to bleed from the head forming a puddle of blood.
Shaina wins the first round.
After a small cut between the Pope and Gigas, the action returns to the Colosseum's arena where the catfight continues.
Shaina is winning the fight, Shaina is trying to paralyze her foe, her speed and strength overcome Marin's defense easily, preventing any counterattack, Shina brings under Marin a hard punishing and once Marin is pounded and depleted enough, Shaina kicks her in the head again and throws her to the soldiers who act like ring ropes holding her because she is unable to stand up.
A soldier tries to encourage Marin to not give up yet, but she is completely exhausted, unable to move. With Marin at her mercy, Shaina swaps her style of combat and prepares herself for a fistfight in hand-to-hand combat, she charges over her rival screaming like an amazon ready to strike with her right fist.
Marin is against the ropes but still conscious, she tries to react by rising her head but it's too late, Shaina takes advantage of the inertia of her race to connect a tremendous punch on the abdomen, her force makes Marin's head shake back and forth, even with her mask on Marin's face reflects huge pain and she screams loud, unfortunately for her, the next punch is just as powerful as the previous one. Shaina starts to bonk Marin's midsection even harder than before, dealing a crushing blow after another while Marin is screaming loud.
Shaina's fists are deadly to Marin. Even without using her cosmos in her attacks, the power of Shaina's punches is overwhelming, despite being a lower weight, she makes up for it with her enormous speed and the movement of her hips she is able to hit precisely and very hard with both arms. Shaina doesn't hit vital points trying to lengthen the fight as long as possible keeping her conscious to humiliate her and make her suffer. After all, this is a training match and Shaina is using Marin as her personal punching bag.
Marin can't break out, she would have a chance to stop the punching with a simple clinch, thanks to her superior weight and wingspan but Shaina has prepared the fight very well from the very beginning and now she is completely paralyzed unable to fight back, after all, she was right about not fighting Shaina in the first episode even after having seen her techniques, Marin was unable to defend herself from her attacks, her kicks were hard to withstand but her fists are devastating surpassing Marin's pain threshold by far, Shaina is very tough and vigorous, her attacking stance is very comfortable and doesn't ease her fists power, whilst Marin is trying to resist.
The beating is too hard, and soon the fight reaches its climax, the ninth strike is a hard left-handed punch, Marin releases her last great shriek, she can't withstand it anymore and her wounds open again bleeding heavily from the head and mouth, her blood flows staining her breasts, Marin yields and ceases to resist, her screams turn into moans and her boobs bounce on every hit, as a sign of her defeat in a scene as arousal as violent.
Shaina defeats Marin but the fight is not over, Shaina continues humiliating her, despite not hitting vital spots Shaina's fists are wreckers, she will end up killing Marin due to internal injuries and bleeding out it will not take her long to lose consciousness, but Aiolia seeing the combat is decided and Marin is helpless, he stops the beating before Shaina finish Marin off.
Shaina stops, turns and Marin falls forward but is held by Shaina's left shoulder, Shaina complains to Aioria because she was stopped, with a movement of her shoulder, Shaina sends Marin to Aioria, Marin needs to be held by him.
Aioria points out she hates Marin because of Cassios' defeat, then Shaina threats him and leaves, Aiolia asks Marin about her injuries but she told him that she is fine, Marin will survive but her gaze reflects the hard fight, disheveled, and her blood stains her body and mask.

The atmosphere is also bleak in Saori Kido's mansion. Only the helmet of the Golden armor has been recovered and Tatsumi chastises the Bronze Saints, until Saori asks him to calm down. He added that the purpose of the Galactic Tournament was to force potential enemies to appear. A shout is heard, alerting everyone, but when they go to the room from which the shout came, Seiya and his friends see that it is only Tatsumi, driven by Kiki, who makes him levitate. Saori goes alone to the Planetarium, where a hologram Mitsumasa Kido explains the importance of the golden armor and the role that the Gold Saints have played in history to overthrow the tyrannical empires.
In Death Valley, Docrates searches beneath the snow, ready to recover the golden armor. He arrives at Saori's residence and starts the attack in the early morning. Kiki rushes to warn Seiya, who was walking along the harbor with Miho. Meanwhile, Shun, Hyoga and Shiryu fight against the minions of Docrates. Docrates throws a tree at the Bronze Saints when he sees the defeat of his men. Shun, Shiryu and Hyoga attack him, but it is useless. Docrates uses the Fist of Hercules to kill the Saints. Seiya appears before Docrates,and manages to avoid the Fistful Fist of Hercules. Seiya and Docrates prepare to do their respective techniques, but police sirens are heard, forcing Docrates to stop the fight. He takes Saori hostage and says that there will be an exchange of Saori for the golden helmet.
